Before you begin: Create a Dream Log to write down your day's experiences and the dreams you remember. Be sure to write down the date and times you went to sleep and woke up each day
Day 1 - Go to bed as normal but have your dream log ready in case you remember a dream. If you do write it down Day 2- Before you go to bed write down what you did that day. Example: I went to the movies with a friend or I helped my parents clean out the garage. It could be something as small as I watched Friends for 4 hours on Netflix. Make sure to have at least 3 things you did each day from this point on. Day 3 - Do the same procedure as Day 2 but this time right before you go to bed say to yourself " Tonight I am going to remember my dreams" Say this 10 times or more before you go to sleep Day 4 - Do the same procedure as Day 3 but this time you must put down all devices (phones or tablets) at least an hour before bed. Day 5 - Do the same procedure as Day 3 but this time you must get at least 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Other days - Feel free to keep the process up changing anything else you would like to change but keep track of what it is. Bring in your Dream Log on Monday (3/11/20) we return to school.
